Working Typewriter Torpedo 10/40 — White, Dutch QWERTY, with Case
Picture a quiet desk, a blank page, and the satisfying click of real steel keys. This working Torpedo 10/40 turns a stressful blank page into a calm, screen-free ritual, and it arrives in its own matching white case.
Why You’ll Love It
- Excellent aesthetic: clean, bright white finish
- Types in black and red: with 2 NEW ribbons installed
- Dutch QWERTY layout: with ij key, ½, £ and $
- Original matching case with black handle included
- Shift lock note: it engages, but doesn’t hold the capitals (see video); Shift works perfectly

The whole process was great and the typewriter came packaged amazingly well. Arrived in perfect working order and with another ribbon. Such a great piece! Will definitely do more business with this shop!
Viskas gerai. Gavau tai ko norėjau.
The jacket was beautiful but arms soo short for me - so it made a good gift for a friend
The typewriter arrived from Europe to the US sooner than scheduled which was a wonderful surprise. It was carefully wrapped so there was no damage at all. It was exactly as shown in photos online. All of the keys and functions work perfectly and I’ve been using it regularly with no issue. Highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a stress-free vintage purchase!
Amazing Customer service. I would buy from this company again <3

FABULOUS ... absolutely MARVELOUS! I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience from start to finish. The Seller left his door open for repeat and referral business! Thank you very kindly.
Exactly as described. Going to be a fantastic gift for the writer in the family. Excellent attention to contact and questions.
These are the best typewriters on the market today. Meticulously restored, and cleaned, and they are working like they are brand new. I've bought two so far and will buy more from here in the future!
This is a gorgeous typewriter and looks brand new.
I am delighted with my rare Pluma 22 typewriter. It arrived in timely fashion, well-packed, and in full working order with its case and cover and two working ribbons. The price was not cheap, but reasonable for a typer that rarely turns up in the UK, and in full working condition despite being from the late 1960s. Seller was helpful. Only issue, if you're buying from the UK, they send via FedEx who will charge you a hefty tax and handling fee of 20-25%, so you need to factor this into the price if you're buying from another country. Seller did provide a discount to ease that blow. I'm very happy with my typewriter and would buy from them again.
