Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the return and refund terms below.

Vintage & Antique Item Condition

Many of the items sold in our store are vintage or antique. Because of their age and history, they may show minor signs of wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with normal aging. These characteristics are considered part of the item's authenticity and are not regarded as defects unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time frame. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Buyers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, including any protective packaging when applicable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel the purchase.

After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.

A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected and is confirmed to be in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or not in the condition described in the listing, the buyer may request a return and refund.

To process this request, the buyer must contact us and provide:

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Images of any protective materials used in the shipment

The original packaging must be kept until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally sent.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered if the buyer and seller reach an agreement that allows the buyer to keep the item despite a concern or issue.

Return Shipping Label

In certain cases, if both the buyer and seller reach an agreement regarding an issue with the item, the seller may provide a return shipping label so the buyer can return the product and receive a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
