In the year 70 AD, Roman legions under Titus breached the walls of Jerusalem and destroyed the Second Temple, ending centuries of worship on the Temple Mount. Two millennia later, archaeologists finally began piecing that lost world back together — and this framed print is a direct result of their work.
The drawing was made by Martha Ritmeyer, based on research by archaeologist Meir Ben-Dov, deputy director of the landmark 1968-1978 excavations at Jerusalem's Temple Mount and Western Wall, led by Benjamin Mazar. Their dig uncovered Second Temple-era streets, ritual baths, and the remains of the grand staircase leading up to the Mount — real archaeological evidence translated here into a detailed aerial reconstruction of the Temple Mount exactly as it stood just before its destruction.

Some universal ribbon spools may slip if they don't lock into the slot on the machine. I held mine in place with a Doonail sticker and everything is working perfectly.

All of the keys and functions are working properly and smoothly. It came with two ribbons that are working perfectly.
