Hispano Olivetti Studio 46 | Sage Green | Noir Edition with Vintage Patina
El Rastro Antique's Warehouses
The Collector’s Choice for a Reliable Luxury Experience
The Hispano Olivetti Studio 46 is a trusty and reliable manual typewriter, representing the absolute pinnacle of Spanish-Italian industrial collaboration. Known as a "semi-standard," it offers the stability and power of a large office machine in a frame that is built like a tank. Professionally cleaned and tested, this specific unit is unique due to its naturally darkened keys. Over decades of use, the keys have transformed into a striking black/charcoal tone while remaining perfectly legible—offering a "noir" look that perfectly complements the textured sage green finish.

Detailed Condition Note
The aesthetic is in great condition, featuring the iconic "wrinkle finish" sage green paint that remains remarkably intact. The keys have faded over time to a deep, dark shade; however, the white lettering remains visible, providing a high-contrast "Stealth" look. Mechanically, it strikes with the heavy-duty, authoritative power of a professional newsroom machine. Every mechanical component has been checked for fluid movement and perfect alignment. While it is not equipped with a case, its sheer weight and rubber-footed base make it the ultimate permanent desk companion for a dedicated writer.
The Writer’s Choice

The typewriter arrived from Europe to the US sooner than scheduled which was a wonderful surprise. It was carefully wrapped so there was no damage at all. It was exactly as shown in photos online.
